Basic but good property, good value for money. Breakfast buffet empty by 8:30 on a Sunday and did not get partly replenished until 9:45. No more coffee offered

Hotellet er under renovering og det bæger det præg af. Værelset var rent og pænt. Badeværelset var rent men gammelt. Men til den billige pris var det ok. Morgenbordet var lidt skrabet, men igen til den pris kan man ikke forlange alverden

Hadde bare booket en natt. Kom sent, var automat i gangen inn til resepsonen for rom kort. Ny oppusset rom eneste jeg savnet var forheng for dusj. Var ingen tilstede hele oppholdet bortsett fra han som laget frokost. Oppholdet fungerte utmerket for oss

Feedback regarding my stay at A Hotel Roskilde (July 11–13, 2025) I had booked a stay at A Hotel Roskilde from July 11 to July 13, 2025, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Before check-in, I tried several times to contact the hotel for information, but received no response. After check-in, I found that the room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly after the previous guests had checked out. I contacted both the hotel staff and Hotels.com to request a solution, but was told there were no similar rooms available, and that I could not receive a refund. No alternative room or compensation was offered, which I find highly unsatisfactory. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend A Hotel Roskilde or Hotels.com to others. The level of service and how the situation was handled were unacceptable.

For så vidt et fint værelse. Det manglede dog badeforhæng og en bademåtte. Gulvet i badeværelse blev meget glat når der kom vand på. Morgenmaden var så ringe at den ikke er værd at skrive om. Der manglede også håndsprit ved morgenmaden. Desværre ikke et sted vi anbefaler.
