Nice but very hot in the room
The staff were very friendly and the hotel seemed very nice, seems very businessperson oriented with it besing next to the convention center etc. room was a great size with a decent sized tv, bathroom was also really nice. Unfortunately the air conditioning does not work and the room was very hot and humid the entire time which mad sleep quite difficult. The beds are okay nothing too spectacular. Honestly i would definitely stay again but maybe not in the hotter months as i swear the ac does not work at all.

Nice hotel within walkable distance from Bella station. Close to a few restaurants but not a whole lot, no food after 11pm. Some of the rooms are a bit old and chairs in the room can be unclean. Good service, good views, decent beds.

Great hotel with amazing rooms. Easy access to the airport, the city, a mall and even Sweden! It may seem from the map that it’s away from everything but it’s only 10 minutes on the train to Nyhavn. This will definitely be my first choice going back to København.

Check in was easy and although there was a queue, the staff were very efficient so it moved quickly. Rooms were lovely and clean and bright. Very comfotable beds and extra pillows were provided when we asked for them. Iron and ironing board available in the room amd also a good hairdryer. Close to metro, shops and restaurants. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that.

I was on the 17th floor, and was able to see Sweden from my room. One of the best views I’ve ever had in a hotel room, would definitely stay again.

We booked 909 at 12:00am the door key starts gun like noise until we remove the door key. Nest morning we call front desk for fixing and call again make sure they did fixed nobody answered our phone call, same thing happen at 12:00am and we call front desks for help nobody answered. After 2 nights very bad situation we have to go to front desk to ask charge room.
