Small room and not too sure about the toilet/bathroom setting. No instructions how to use the coffee machine and no milk. Only used the hotel to sleep and the bed was fine. Convenient location for all the walking we did.

The superior room with balcony was extremely spacious, recently renovated, beautifully designed and a very comfortable bed. Staff extremely friendly and go the extra mile. Location is perfect, everything we wanted to do - great shopping and restaurants - and see was within short walking distance. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for a longer stay next visit. Could not have been happier and highly recommend.

The hotel would’ve been fine if the air conditioning would have worked. There is a live music/bar outside across the street! We had the option of either being hot or having windows open hearing revealers, so sleeping was an issue.

The room was very spacious and the property was great value for money. Loved the place, however, the one downside was the drain in the shower. The water was very slow to drain and it kept flooding the bathroom. It felt a bit unhygienic when taking a shower as the water was overflowing.

Hotel has characterful lobby area and breakfast room. Breakfast options very good. Bedroom size good; walk-in shower is a bonus. But, room (at far back of hotel) had no air conditioning and was very (too) warm at night (outside daily temp about 22 deg C but room exposed to sun all day). Also, noise from mini-bar fridge at night noticeable; this is an easy energy saving device to default to 'off' surely.

Great location with restaurants, Tivoli & train easily walkable. Clean rooms but bathroom was tiny and the shower doors did not seal to prevent water from leaking onto the floors.

Great place!

Everything was excellent, including the bar. The breakfast was expensive so did not go there but plenty of excellent alternatives close by. There is a music venue across the street and it created a fun vibe- everything from opera to karaoke to a heavy metal exercise session. It was always during the day so not disturbing
