We booked because we mistakenly thought the hotel had air conditioning. It doesn’t, but the staff helpfully provided fans and the double windows opened fully so the room was tolerable at night during the 3 hot days. The housekeeper emptied the trash and smoothed the bed linens daily, but didn’t clean the sink (or didn’t clean it well, because each day there was still a hair in the sink that had been there when I left in the morning) during our 4-night stay. She didn’t replace the empty box of tissues that I left next to the trash can or restock the toilet paper after I replaced the empty roll with the single new roll initially provided. The front desk and breakfast room staff were great. There’s a full buffet breakfast with several kinds of freshly baked bread, eggs, meats, yogurt , fruit, etc. The location is good.

Promised “Valet Parking on street (dkk350).” Reason I booked this hotel. Was actually not available. Then hotel and Expedia would not release me from booking without losing my money. Promises made promises broken. And yet they offered nothing to help. I moved to another hotel at my own additional expense. Needed a car. Hotel is right next to a strip club. Breakfast is great!

Hotel Hebron staff greeted us kindly and professionally. The lobby area is really nice and the big courtyard is really pretty. The bathroom looked brand new. We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast. The hotel was close walking distance to Tivoli area and the main shopping streets. All around it was a positive experience.

Great city hotel near all the cool stuff

A great location and over all a great hotel . Super nice staff and a really great breakfast. Only slight negative was the small room we got and a bed that had seen better days. Just as well we were in Copenhagen to party so sleep came easy enough and I won’t mark it down for that.

The least SUPERIOR ROOM I ever slept in

I emailed to let the hotel know we will be arriving late, and we got stuck with a horrible room right by the elevator. Every time time the elevator moved, we could here the hum. When we asked for a different room, they of course were 100%occupied.

Great option if you vist Copenhagen - incredibly friendly staff. Loved the breakfast. Convinely located and east to walk to train station and sites.

The communal areas, reception, lounge, restaurant etc are all very modern and smart. The room itself was a little dated, and quite small, and ours (132) had noise enough to wake me a couple of times from outside and also from reception below. On that basis I wouldn’t pick it again. Staff were very nice, location is nice and central and close to the station, and breakfast is high quality.
