Hotel in great location, good condition and staff friendly. Unfortunately the rooms were tiny and something out of the 90’s with the exception of the bathroom which was excellent. Cleanliness was average. The worst thing was the walls are so thin and where the room is so small the bed is up against the wall and you can here the room next door going to the toilet, absolutely awful and poor nights sleep.

Overall a lovely stay , issue with the room was given a single room when asked for a double bed , arrived late at night so nothing could be done by night staff did give us a free drink but was fully booked the next day so was unable to change. Luckily we managed to move the beds together and was only 2 nights , breakfast was lovely offered gluten free and alternate milks amazing !!

Lovely but the area wasn’t great.
The hotel is lovely. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so friendly. The room felt a little basic (we had a suite and the photos were perhaps a bit generous) but nice enough. The location is convenient for the station but the area itself wasn’t great. The hotel is next to a strip club, round the corner from a sex shop and were sworn at by some of the local residents so perhaps not ideal for families!

Arrived around midnight and received a warm welcome. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Kopenhagen Central Station. The hotel is decorated lovely for Christmas. Our room was very clean and warm. The window can be opened fully which was nice in the morning. The curtains do not block 100% of light. The bed and bedding was comfy. There is a sofa and small wardrobe (no doors). I’d love to see some functional hooks (there was one over the sofa but very hard to reach). The sofa and coffee table are a nice touch. With a kettle and tea and coffee (no English Breakfast tea, only herbal). The bathroom is very small (I could touch all the walls if standing in the center). The bathroom is functional and clean. Towels are nice quality. Rituals shower gel and liquid soap was provided. Breakfast was great. Soft boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, toast, rolls, pate, cheeses, hams, fruit, yogurt, rice pudding, honeys, juice, hot drinks. Everything and more than we wanted! The hotel is just over a 5 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens. And maybe a 20-25 minute walk to the centre of town. The area around the hotel feels safe (all of Kopenhagen felt safe from what we saw). There is a strip club next door, but we never saw anyone come or go from there even late at night. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

This property was great. It is extremely close to central station so convenient to get all over Copenhagen. The breakfast is a great deal, theres lots of options and all are good. The showers a little small but overalll the room is large. Would recommend staying here

The bed was huge and really comfortable. Absolutely no traffic noise. Breakfasts were amazing. Such a good location when you arrive and depart for airport as main station near and good metro connections for all parts of city if you don’t want to walk
