It felt like a prison- room decor so cold and basic, the lighting in room so moody, i.e., dark, it was hard to find anything. Gave me the creeps. I was glad to leave.

The hotel is incredibly convenient to the airport - literally within walking distance, cross the street and you are there. The only downside was that the restaurant only offered a buffet dinner rather than a la carte items; and the little cafe had a very limited selection.

This is a BASIC hotel. More basic than anything I have ever experienced anything like it. Our room had two double beds. No table, desk, room for both luggage and a walkway between the bed and wall. No air conditioning- barely any air movement at all. The restaurant closed at 10:30. No food available. Had to go back to the airport for food. No coffee machine. They had hand soap & bodywash/shampoo. No lotion, no tissues. No closet. And yet- they asked us to pay a premium price of 550.00 USD. This hotel was the biggest scam ever!!!

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the hotel design was nice, including some great little working spaces and common areas. All of the staff I interacted with were lovely and polite. I needed to break up a long trip into two legs and this was the perfect place to spend a night between two flights - incredibly convenient from the airport, comfortable, affordable. Definitiely would come back.

Easy walk through the covered walkway from the airport and very close to Metro line at the airport location which makes going into Copenhagen very convenient. We really appreciate the signage from the airport, it's very easy to find the hotel!

Bare Minimum All Around

This is a great place to stay if you have very low expectations and just need a place to sleep that is close to the airport. Nothing about the hotel is impressive - the service of the staff is disappointing and with every question we asked, we were treated like we were bothering them. The room was tiny, uncomfortably designed, and didn’t have even basic necessities. The luggage storage was alarmingly unsecured and we ended up carrying a lot more with us all day because they seemed to be letting anyone who asked into the storage room and it had zero method of labeling or tracking who was dropping off or picking up which items. Breakfast was basic but fine, except both coffee machines being broken (honestly one of the only reasons we wanted breakfast). Overall it was convenient for our purposes but if I needed to pay $240 for one night, I hope to get a little more than the bare minimum.
