It was awesome. I heard the breakfast buffet was good cause it included pastries and scrambled eggs with sausages, hot links and fruits. But then, I missed it cause I was too exhausted and late to rest and check out. Truthfully, I really loved this hotel and I can walk across the street from the CPH airport.

The location is excellent from Copenhagen airport. You may walk with your luggage taking the airport’s luggage cart and even keep it for your next day connection. Friendly atmosphere, very well distributed needs in the room and reception service if excellence at check in.

The staff I interacted with were all lovely. However, The dinner kitchen staf lacked common courtesy and common sense. The response to a request for mayonnaise for my fries (the dispenser was empty and should have been checked before they started service) was:’ It has to wait to later. We are very busy.’ Why would I need mayonnaise after I’ve eaten my meal. ? I asked if they could just give me some from the kitchen as I’m picking up my burger and fries. Answer :’no’.

I wish all airports had one of these hotels. It was so nice to walk to your room from the airport without ever stepping outside. The service was refreshing, the rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was great!

We booked the hotel because we had an early flight. It is located 5 minutes walk from the airport (under roof walkway). Clean, comfortable beds, in good condition. The staff is friendly.

An Easy Choice for a Weary Traveler
I did not have to interact with a single person for my stay unless I wanted to. Self check-in, clean, modern, the amenities I wanted, a great breakfast buffet that is certainly worth it. The hotel had a covered/enclosed walkway from the airport to the hotel so it was a breeze walking from my Gate to reception. It couldn’t have been much better or more convenient. If I’m ever in Copenhagen for an overnight layover or just want to be near the airport for my stay, I would certainly be choosing to stay here again. I was quite pleased with my experience.
