Overall had an average stay because the things that matter to me during travel were a bit off for me. Am usually a solo female traveller.Things that worked for me : closeness to everywhere specially the tour pickup points, central station ( v short walk to/ from this hotel), great food options, easy walk to the shopping street, close to the Tivoli gardens, tiramisu is a must try at the snack bar of the hotel, gives amazing youthful vibes at the lounging area, do try their cocktails. Cons: they hav climate control & not air conditioning in the rooms , the window was open the whole time (4 nights); it was raining most of my stay and the room turned v humid; i had the standard room which was solo traveller recommended on expedia- the room was not an indulgence in anyway and bathroom styling/ design is v dated; looked overused, shower wudnt fit a slim built person like myself, there is no housekeeping cleaning service except weekly once ! That itself put me off bigtime . I cudnt shower and hated that there is no cleaning of the bathrooms for a week !! Not sure how these standards meet the hygiene needs of anyone but was told its the hotel policy; the lady at the reception was curtly polite in saying if someone needs extra towels the recption wud provide it and if trash needed to be taken out that cud be taken care of. The rest of the property facility was totally inconsequential for me. They have a gym , there was a game room of sorts… none of which was of any use to me. U decide
