The air and circulation was poor quality during my stay on business. It was very hot and the air conditioning did not really work. I had to sleep with the windows open, there was lots of noise outside and the allergies were bad. Sleeping with the window made all that worse. Not the most comfortable

Quirky and well placed

Fantastic position with quirky rooms, the beds are a little soft and the AC struggles in 25+ degrees heat those are our only criticisms. The reception staff were great organising our transfer from the airport, the cocktails in the bar are truly inspired. The building work was no problem.

The hotel was very nice, renovated. The staff were generally nice and helpful, only one front desk staff member was a little rude with us when we asked a questions for our early morning check out and at some point got tired of us and asked us to leave because he was busy at the moment - (only 1 other customer in line and 3 front desk staff members). But other than that the staff were very helpful. The room and the entire hotel were clean The location was amazing. We had the loft apartment room. It was nice but the stairs and the large wooden pillar in the middle of the room were a little dangerous during the night. The light switches didn’t work too good sometimes. And the toilet was broken, water kept flowing after we flushed for a very long time. Front desk seemed to already be aware of this problem when we asked them about it and offered to send someone to repair it. Overall it was a nice hotel, just a little expensive for what it was.

Fantastic location for walking. Straight out the back of hotel to the canal -- through the outdoor bar. Best location. Travelocity's room we reserved, though, was in a less desirable location -- no view in back of hotel. But the location of the hotel and convenience -- and general chic-ness made up for it.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful location. Staff was extremely helpful. A few minor comments: The shower floor is slippery and a nonslip mat should be provided. The little bottles of soap, shampoo, etc. were inadequate and difficult to use. Please provide an extra sheet - not everyone enjoys sleeping under a duvet.

Upscale hotel in quiet yet lovely area. Reception people uniformly helpful and uniformly pleasant. I had several concerns prior to starting our stay and our concerns were addressed and our room upgraded even before we had shown up. I would stay here again.

This hotel is perfect for location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The mattresses are comfortable. The hotel personnel are friendly. The down side is the room air conditioner didn't seem to work and the down comforters on the beds were too warm. We left the balcony door open to keep the air moving. The mini bar is automatically adds things so avoid touching anything in there unless you are going to consume it. The Aye Aye restaurant is waterfront but the food is VERY expensive with a hamburger costing almost 50 USD. There are better options near the canal.

they booked us straight under the construction area. when we complained and requested a room change, the girl laughed but then did it. Laundry truck unloaded at midnight Sunday with lots of noise so we could not sleep. this hotel charges for every little thing.

Great place to explore Copenhagen!

The staff was amazing. Starting with front desk and concierge, then continuing with restaurant and bar staff. Room was nice and comfortable. Noise was very low. Location was great to see key areas of the city.
