This hotel was close to the metro/train station which was good for getting into the city and to/from the airport. However, it was really far away from stores/restaurants. There was a small grocery store and a 7/11 within walking distance with basic food options. I didn’t like the fact that they tried to nickel and dime you for stuff. They had a coffee machine that you had to pay for. I don’t understand why it could not have been complimentary. It was very hot during my stay and they wanted to charge to use a fan. They also charge to store your luggage. All of these things should be complementary. Too much nickeling and diming!

1. The neighbor used a noisy chainsaw to trim his tree early in the morning. And the noise went on for 3 hours. 2. a lot of bugs flew into the room and stayed on a corner of the ceiling. I informed the hotel and they said it's my fault to open the windows during the day. I found out this issue in the early evening and the hotel did not have any service staff to help. The did not change me to another room. Instead, they asked to pay more money to move to another premier toom. I had no choice to pay more money to move to another room. 3. One tiny room with a facial wasking sink, and a shower head for taking shower, and a curtain to separate a toilet.

We needed a no-frills property that was close to the airport so that we could catch a very early flight the next morning. This hotel suited our needs--small room with a bed and a TINY bathroom, but that's all we needed.

Bed is way too small and uncomfortable if you book the double twin. I made that mistake and I regret not booking the double or queen instead. Make sure you include breakfast in your reservation (and double check, because Expedia cheated me out of this after I added seats to my flight and upgraded my room) or else you will find yourself going hungry in the mornings. There are barely any food options at the hotel and in the area. Only one "restaurant" in walking distance. Netto is a god send, however, and I would suggest going there to get snacks instead of buying them from the hotel. The hotel is "green" so they do not change your towels and you will have to ask for some if you run out after reusing them. Coffee is expensive for a tiny cup. The only food worth getting is the baguette sandwiches if you feel inclined. If you can, I'd spend a little more money to get a higher floor, as the basement floors lack privacy if you want sunlight. The hotel is conveniently located next to tårnby station, so getting around is a breeze from this hotel but that's just a function of being in Europe period. That all being said, the best part of this hotel is its staff. Really friendly and helpful people. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel regardless of the price, find a hotel with an in-house restaurant (cabinn métro is in the same price range and has way more food options).

I got the small cheap room for one person. There was no AC but the weather was not hot. I was able to open the window. When i used the water in the bathroom sink it leaked down the shower hose. Not bad for the price and being close to the airport.

2 - solvable - problems

The price is good. The proximity to the airport is good. The place is generally nice, convenient, notably for a 1-night-stay before your departure from the airport. There were just 2 problems… Which can be solved. a) The Air conditioning machine was useless. All it produced was heavy noise, and a weird smell. So we had to turn it off, and it was very hot in the room. b) The breakfast is very good, quite satisfactory. BUT, there was a big lady standing there, literally surveilling, watching the guests like a policewoman… as if we all had the intention of "stealing" something from the buffet ! this was very annoying, demeaning; if they want to "deter" some guests from taking away food with them, it is preferable to place a big camera on the wall... instead of this person watching us ostensibly, "menacingly"... And if her intention was not to surveil us, but to assist us if need be, then, she needs to be more discreet. Not stand there and look at us all the time, like some kind of a guard. . So, just fix the air conditioning, let the guests have their breakfast in peace, and at that price, I would stay there again, for one night before getting to the airport. Otherwise, it is better to pay a bit more, and stay in another, franchise hotel close to the airport. Oh, and btw, you can also just put some kind of a border in the shower space, so that the whole bathroom floor is not inundated, when we take a shower. This can also be corrected easily.

The room was clean but hot. I guess I should have checked to see if the hotel had air conditioning. Since we had to keep our windows open it was noisy and hard to sleep. A good breakfast and helpful front desk staff.
