This is a perfect location for exploring the city. Affordable (minus that pricy but stellar breakfast) & pristine. Highly recommend.

This hotel was located close to many sights including Tivoli Gardens and lots of restaurants. There is a nice bar area and outdoor courtyard for seating. We were disappointed that one side of our bed was against a wall. That caused my partner to have to climb out the end of the bed and to feel constrained in sleeping.

Everything was great. The room was a little tight. but we didn't spend much time in it other than sleeping. Everything was clean and the people were great. The Lounge was nice as well.

Terrible relationship price quality

Terrible relationship between price and quality. It is a 3 star hotel, not 4. Rooms lack a lot of details: no glasses, no safety box, no desk, elevator is terrible. Breakfast is basic. The best is the argentine staff, they are super friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. As with other Copenhahen stays, expensive and no complimentary breakfast or even coffee, tea, no refrigerator, microwave. Just makes traveling more expensive and less convenient/ economical and ecological.

Comfort in central location

Great location in the center of Copenhagen. The room was fairly small but very comfortable for a couple of nights. I'd stay here if I visited Copenhagen again.

Good location and good staff. Most local places are walkable from here. Nice courtyard. Area adjacent to the lobby has a bar and several board games. The rest was sadly not as good. The rooms are tiny. Our room did not have a table or chair (no space). No space for more than one suitcase. No tea/coffee facilities in room. No iron / ironing board. The toilet door is effectively just a pane of glass and doesn’t lock. Fine if just for business and an overnight sleep. Not so good if planning to spend time in the room.

Disappointing Stay – Misleading Bed Size and No A/

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately not great. The bed was advertised as a queen, but it was barely more than a single—definitely not big enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The room also had no air conditioning, just a small fan. We were placed on the ground floor with a window facing the garden. Because of the heat, we had to sleep with the window open, but guests were outside shouting and making noise throughout the night. We ended up calling the reception, and to their credit, they did ask the guests to go inside. However, this kind of disturbance should really be monitored and addressed by staff proactively—not only when guests complain. Adding to the issue, the staff themselves were noisy, moving things around on squeaky carts in the middle of the night. All in all, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating stay
