The staff was outstanding and so helpful. The breakfast is fabulous. It is in a great location near Metro and train station. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room is very small and the door doesn’t easily close so it makes a loud noise if you don’t close it all the way. The shower leaks onto bathroom floor. But overall, a good stay.

Jonas was absolutely great! He made our stay pleasant. He was there on our check in and check out day. We had booked 2 family rooms for 3 nights. Rooms: when you are paying over $500cad each per night you would expect a certain standard. Bunk bed made horrible squeaking noises. Mats were stained. Carpets not vacuumed. I asked for our room to be vaccumed-still under the beds there was cookie crumbs. No tissues were available. No lotion or soaps were available. Floors in the rooms made so much noise that if someone used the tiolet at night the entire room wakes up. No thermostat. No A/C. The windows open dangerously wide - if you have young children do not book the family room - your child could fall out the window. Breakfast - for lacto vegetarians. Nothing but bread, few fruit options and beans.

The room was smaller than presented on line. The bathroom is tiny, the carpets worn out, the bed was ok, the pillows good. Comfortable room temperature for this time of year, might not be comfortable in the Summer. Breakfast was ok.
