An ideal location in Hellerup. The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. The twin room was not huge, limited space for luggage and hooks for outdoor clothing especially if damp, also no hooks in bathroom, but everywhere was clean and the twin beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our two nights there.

A pleasant stay at a good location hotel
I travelled with my dog and stayed for 2 nights. All the staff I met were friendly and approachable. The room is a bit dark and I don't feel comfortable to open the curtain due to ground floor. Was a bit worry for the hot summer weather as there was no aircon (should have indicated in the rental detail). But the staff immediately brought a stand fan for me. So the stay was still pleasant. Many shops and restaurants around.

The hotel is situated in Hellerup which is 15 minutes away from the center of Copenhagen (by car). My family lives in Hellerup thus for me it was perfect. The service was great and the hotel hosts a fantastic restaurant.

great and friendly service, but saw better days
overall a good stay. Service was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is very convenient in the back of the hotel. Also there are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. The room itself would require some urgent maintenance - the faucet was loose and the mattress seemed to be very old.

A really nice hotel with a great room and unlike may continental hotels this one came with a kettle!!! The only slightly minor point was their lift (escalator). Could do with a new one, but if that is the only problem then it is nothing really.

Vibrant Hellerup.
Cozy hotel in the vibrant as posh part of Copenhagen called Hellerup. Good mix of modern style and old school charm. Some of the may seem old but that’s just part of the charm I guess. Serve fantastic food in their two restaurants.

Very quiet neighborhood. Our room had a "connecting rooms" doorway to the next room, which was inhabited by a some fairly loud persons one of our nights, making our room not so silent after all and disturbing our sleep. Bed was too soft for my taste. Service from staff was fine. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special and not worth the price paid. Will probably go somewhere else next time we come by that location.

Great staff, poor hotel. Makes itself out to be boutique but fails. Rooms have poor sound insulation from neighbours. Faulty lights and no phone in my room when there was meant to be one. also very expensive.

Needs a re-fresh
The staff were friendly but the hotel is really not good enough. The staff were always courteous and the hotel bikes were easy and worked well. However the hotel itself is definitely in need of refurbishment. The bathroom, particularly was badly designed so quite uncomfortable. The room was OK but needs updating and refreshing, as do the common areas and corridors. Breakfast was overpriced. The eggs were not freshly cooked and the coffee stewed. This is very poor in this class of hotel and not good enough for the price.

The bathtub was a little odd. When standing to take a shower the bottom of the tub is rounded and not flat so it was a little hard to stand. Also no AC in our room but the temps were ok so we didn't need it.
