Beautiful hotel not too far from the centre. Very scandi and trendy but the room was a bit smaller than it seemed on the photo and the bathroom was very tiny and a bit of a squeeze. It needed a remodel to be honest. Shower was ok with a shower curtain. The free glass of wine every afternoon at 5pm was much appreciated. Overall very expensive for what it was so I doubt I would return.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff are excellent, breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is clean and in a good location for visiting this lovely city. Cosy time at 5pm each day is well worth the visit. We hope to return as we didn't want to leave.

Our second trip to Copenhagen and the second time we have stayed at Kong Arthur. It won’t be our last!! We love this place so much. It is stylish, cool, comfortable and well equipped. The service is impeccable. From staff who keep a careful eye on everything and ensure everyone is efficiently looked after, to the features like the free bag store and happy hour which just make you feel so welcome. The location is perfect. Every local attraction we wanted to visit was easily walkable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cozy hour is a great perk. Minor cons: the bathroom ventilation system was weak and there was no air cooling/conditioning in the room. The shower door didn't seal, so a lot of water escaped onto the floor.

Excellent Choice in Copenhagen

The Kong Arthur Hotel was one of our favorites, during our recent trip to Italy and Denmark. It is conveniently located in Norreport with nearby Metro access (easy, seamless trip to airport), walking distance to most areas of interest and an abundance of shops, eclectic mix of restaurants and a wonderful market/food hall. Perfect location! We had a spacious room with comfortable bed and sofa. Large bath. Nicely furnished. The common spaces (lobby "living rooms", courtyards, and well designed niche spaces) were particularly nice. "Cozy (aka Happy) Hour" each afternoon with complimentary beverages was always enjoyable. Design and furnishings were splendid and staff could not have been more accommodating (all of them!). We did not have breakfast, but it looked very good. Ample number of patisseries nearby for extraordinary pastries including Riviera and the charming Wisteria covered cottage of Flindt & Orsted ...just 2-3 blocks away. ...just plain wonderful! Heartily recommend
