This hotel is full of charm and that beautiful Danish design sensibility. Room was very nice and bed was so comfortable! Staff is lovely and their cozy hour was an opportunity to chat with interesting people from all over the world. Loved staying there! Highly recommend!

Beautiful lovely hotel. Excellent location. Great friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds but could benefit from a pillow menu as the pillows were too hard and uncomfortable for us. Take care going up and down the stairs.

We really love the breakfast as they serve healthy and organic food. The location is very convenient and walkable to metro and railway station. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Copenhagen next time.

Great location.
Great location for getting around. Nice staff. Bar drinks are a bit expensive. And the en-suite arrangement is a bit odd. The toilet is nearly touching the wall with the toilet roll right next to you. It’s very strange. Information could be a bit clearer. For example we got told to ‘Take the lift, it’s over there near the window’ There are 3 lifts and about 100 windows haha, we worked it out in the end. Other than that it’s ok. We enjoyed our stay.

Love everything about this hotel, from their friendly staffs, the amazing spacious room we got, to the breakfast bar we had. The only issue I could think of was the construction early in the morning on the floor above our room. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and I wouldn’t change a thing about it. Robert was incredible, he was informative and professional servicing us. Will definitely stay here again in the future.
