Perfect Stay
I was surprised at how perfect the hotel was given that it was one of the more affordable options we looked at. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well located, close to the Rosenborg Castle, Botanical Gardens and museums. The room was spacious and very comfortable, overlooking the courtyard with fairy lights that felt very Christmassy. All the staff were genuinely friendly and gladly assisted us with everything we needed. The hygge hour at the bar is a really nice touch but very well attended so make sure to get there early if you want a seat. We would definitely come back here and recommend to friends. Our only issue is that our shower had a tendency to flood our bathroom. It wasn't a major problem during our short stay but could be hazardous with the slippery floor and should maybe be addressed.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again.

This has to be by far the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff were all fantastic and so friendly, lovely bar, brilliant breakfast and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. So glad we picked this hotel, it is easy walking distance to so many things and so beautiful on the lake. A true gem.

Storybook Danish Charm
One of the most charming hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They even made the January cold seem delightful. Definitely take advantage of their Comfort Hour and buffet breakfast. Our only complaints were that we couldn’t stay longer or live close enough to return next week. Would absolutely recommend!

We were happy staying in this hotel, very friendly and kind staff. Unfortunately I got flu during my stay but staff at night or during day provide us warm delisious milk which helped us a lot ( my sister got flu from also, So the young lady at midnight was also so kind , i forgot her name, Joan or something like that I would like her to be recognized Also other staff so knowlagble and friendly Only problem room was very small and table stand by bed very small I kniw bigger was available but price was higher I guess they should provide large room for two people Thx
