Great location and awesome, attentive staff. We could walk to all the major attractions and great restaurants. It was also a really quick and easy direct metro ride from the Copenhagen airport to within a few hundred metres of the hotel.

We had a fabulous stay here, the staff were the nicest team and so helpful and accommodating. The hotel was fantastic, great location and lovely amenities. Couldn’t recommend this location more.

The saving grace of this hotel are the staff, and the breakfast. The rooms are tired, a tangle of wires from an adaptor which felt really unsafe and the smallest bathroom I think I have ever used in a hotel. It is set up as a wet room but as it’s so small just really icky having to use the loo after a shower has been taken and everything including the floor is wet. Remember to move the toilet roll from the bathroom while having a shower and move to a place where it will keep dry. Just really inconvenient. The sheets smelt stale and I had to ask to have a clean set - which the reception staff were very apologetic and I was given a fresh change quickly. The bathroom is at a different height to the room with a small wooden step at the door which can be a trip hazard if you are half asleep. With a bit of investment this place could be really lovely. It’s not cheap - I really do believe you get what you pay for and I was expecting better rooms than this. The area is fab, short walk to Metro station and shopping. Lots of decent restaurants nearby and a lovely food market.

The hotel was very nice! Comfortable and well kept! The staff was adorable and amazing to work with! The breakfast was super delish and nutritious options were abundant! The area surrounding the hotel was great, everywhere was walkable! Walk to the market for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it’s amazing!!I would certainly return if given the chance! Btw, we rented hotel bikes for a day and had a great time touring the city!

Incredible experience with the hotel staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was great and very convenient to all the Copenhagen tourist attractions including 15 minute train to the airport. I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t be better; it was the pefect place to stay in Copenhagen, with easy access to restaurants, public transit, and the city's main attractions. My only minor comment is that the single bed felt a bit on the smaller side, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I’d definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return!

100% enjoy our stay

First of all, the service of the reception is great. We didn’t expect such high standard of hospitality from past hotels booking experience. The staff are extremely welcoming and nice. Very surprised to know they offer free drinks for evening, there are many more thoughtful offerings we saw on their brochure as well. The room was extremely cosy and not too small for two people. There’s cleaning service every day which is rarer nowadays due to “eco-friendliness”. Location is also amazing. Nothing to complain for the reasonable pricing.
