Lovely hotel. Great location. We hired a car and very convenient car park for it. Great restaurant attached. Had an issue with service being slow. Meal booked for 8.30pm no starters and mains not received till after 2115 plates not cleared and we were asked if we wanted bill before being asked if we wanted desert to then be told kitchen shut at 2200. The staff should have been quicker and it’s up to them to get the menus to us in time. Waiter a bit off telling us what we could have ( ice cream etc) and when we didn’t want those he said he get us the others if we wanted them. He should have said that first. So we decided not to spend more on them. Unfortunate end to evening as we’d eaten there twice and the food was great. Like everything in Copenhagen fairly expensive

This was a great hotel other than the rooms we had required about 6 stairs to get there.. This may not seem like a lot but with very heavy luggage it was. It would be so easy to make 1/2 the width of the steps a ramp and save guest’s backs!

The hotel is clean and room is in decent size. Breakfast is excellent. The only concern is the elevator. It is really small and may be able to fit two people with luggage each. Also, they only have 3 of them serving all hotel rooms. It is definitely not enough and you may have to wait for long time especially during check out time.

We had some cash stolen from our room during the night while we slept, an intruder came in through the open balcony door. A manager called B. Assam listened to our tale, said he'd worked at the hotel for 20 years and nothing of the sort had ever happened before. He then insulted us by offering 2 soft drinks as compensation! We'd already said we didn't want compensation, just a different room. His attitude was in contrast to the rest of the staff, especially a man called Oliver who was very helpful. He'd checked up and found that a football supporter who had been in the room next to us had checked out early that morning.

Friendly staff. Good location. Poor hotel condition as had to change the room three times. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and second bed was placed under a wall desk and hanging lamp. Third room was an upgrade but stayed there for a day. Had to leave early in the morning and they were going to provide breakfast box, but they didn’t.
