Easy, great stay at a centrally-located hotel. Only major con is the way the room is set up - there’s only really space to lay your luggage out in the front of the room, and the bathroom door doesn’t stay open so I needed to use my luggage to keep the door open. Also, the mini bar people come pretty early like 9AM.

The bed was one of the best we have slept in. The bath tub was very small. We booked a room with access to the Executive Lounge. I would not recommend the extra expense as there is not much of a selection of items. Other than that the hotel is in an amazing location and the staff was friendly.

I would have given this otherwise lovely hotel a higher rating. But there was NO means of accessing the hotel’s entrance, lobby area on level ground. Guests needed to use STEPS to get up to lobby. Plus a few more to reach my room. This posed a challenge for anyone who used a mobility device (in my case, a Rollator walker.) as well as anyone with heavy luggage.It was NOT mentioned on Expedia website (nor their own website) that the property was not wheelchair accessible.

Single glazed windows on busy street, blocked sink, single beds joined together uncomfortably, broken coffee machine, no shelf for shampoos. Terrible nights sleep

Good hotel few block from the main area. We had a suit so our room was good size. But many rooms are very small to make sure to check the room type. Good staff great service.
