Kinda run down and not in a great location. It’s a 30 min walk into the busy center, where many tourists go to shop aid walk about. It felt like a pretty benign hotel lacking really any character the breakfast was good tho.

If you like to stay somewhere close enough but far away enough from the touristy area, this is a perfect spot. You can take bus 5C would take you to and from the airport and 2A to several places in downtown area. Clean and quiet room, perfect for resting after exploring.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel - the rooms were large, clean and comfortable like other Radisson hotels. It was easy to get around with a metro station just a few minutes away. The only thing that I was disappointed with was that there was no air conditioning. I realize that most places in Copenhagen do not have A/C but it would have been nice to have in a high rise building - it got a little warm (and it wasn't even hot yet in early June). Also, if you have the windows open, many times they would slam shut with the wind on the higher floors or you could hear a lot of street noise outside while sleeping.

View is fantastic!

Absolutely beautiful view! Staff is somewhat professional but very slow and unfriendly. We came back to hotel to stay here again and in the future we will stay here again for the view, location and hotel amenities but I can always skip to deal with the front desk. Their lobby cafe workers are definitely more friendly

Check in was very frustrating. Unable to self check in at terminal. Had to wait for several other parties to be checked in. Our friends who had the same issue were given a free upgrade by one receptionist, but ours offered us nothing even when asked
