The property itself is fine as it had all the amenities and supplies needed. However, the biggest issue is their parking lot arrangement with a 3rd party. Be warned that the staff at the hotel do not disclose all of the instruction related to parking that is offered. All signs posted in hotel elevator and in the designated parking area fail to provide the key detail that you must pay for parking once you park and not when you leave. It's not noted in English, even on the pay machine. Pretty much all of the cars in the designated spots received parking tickets, which leads me to believe that this is in favour of the parking lot to ensure that tourists pay the fines. And even if you do pay the parking in advance at the machine, it doesn't properly track your 24 hours time limit. The hotel should be providing more specific instructions for guests, particularly when they ask about the parking, that is more than what the code is to get into the gated lot.
