Family room was disappointing.
Had a family room. Photos on the website a little misleading as show the sofa bed closed. With it open, the room wasn’t a great size and ilttle space to move around. No storage aside from a few hangers. Pillows were tiny and gave no support or comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at the Scandic Copenhagen Hotel. Picked this one as it was the closest to Tivoli within an easy walk. I stayed in a family room that had everything we needed, comfortable bed and bedding, great shower. Breakfast is amazing you will love the great variety of hot and cold food and everything fresh, delicious and for all tastes. I will definitely recomment this hotel and would happily return.

Very good breakfast. A lot of option but you have to reserve the time slot. Room was very small. With sofa bed open, you can't walk in the room. You have to hop on the bed to go to the other side. A little far from center. 35 minutes walk to Nyhaven. Close to Tivoli garden. We were 4 persons & only one towel set was in the room. We went down to lobby to ask for more towels & the girl had a little attitude. We had to explain to her that each person needs a towel for her to give it to us.

This is a busy hotel with a great location, nice good sized rooms and a great breakfast. Our room was clean, comfortable and everything worked well. There is lot to see and do near-by and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Location was very convenient and central (walkable to central station and main city centre). They provided us a family room with a lake view. Good breakfast served early w/ several choices. We will return again to this hotel for our next visit to Copenhagen.
