The front area of the hotel looks very nice but the room is dard and gloomy. There is nothing unique about this hotel room. They don't replenish the shampoo and condition and we have to call for the service and fill the shampoo ourselves and waited long for the condtioner to arrive. we stayed for more than 3 days. Breakfast fork and spoon isn't clean as we still see egg york on the fork.

Good location, great breakfast, dusty room

Good location - near M1, M2 and M3 in Fredericksburg. The beds were a bit worn; they sunk in the middle. Several dusty throw pillows in the room and generally a lot of dust - exacerbated my daughter's asthma. Breakfast was very good. All staff, save the first one with whom I interacted, were friendly and very helpful.

Lovely hotel and facilities in a great location. Being from Australia we relied on the use of wifi connections and did not have mobile phone roaming on daily so we were unable to contact the front desk with inquiries or assistance, so every time I needed assistance I had to walk downstairs to reception which was inconvenient. They could do with in room phones.

A really good hotel

Easy to find from the metro system and it was like walking into a film set, which was unexpected. Prompt and efficient reception who allowed us to store bags until our room was ready. Breakfast was good and staff were polite and friendly. Kids bed wasn’t made up for arrival, but quickly resolved by housekeeping. Bar service took a little while

Hotel is good value for quality of stay. It has an excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold selections, and lots of coffee options including decaf coffee! The room was normal size for Copenhagen hotels and bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains kept room dark overnight. You have to request housekeeping every day, and even though I asked this be done at check in it was not done after our first day. Staff are friendly, location is right in the middle of Frederiksberg with easy walking distance anywhere in the local neighborhood. Would stay here again.
