Välstädat rum. Riktigt stor frukostbuffé, trots mycket folk och inte helt lätt att få ett bord så var den riktigt bra. Parkering i källare under huset med ganska stora platser och fottnom platser. Det var fullt med tomma platser trots mycket gäster. Läget är bra med cirka 15 min att gå till Tivoli och början av Strøget. Enkelt att både checka in och checka ut online. Rumskorten hämtas enkelt ut i automat i lobbyn. Trevlig bar med trevlig personal.

The spa was relaxing, clean and the pool was beautiful! Much needed after a long day of walking and site seeing. The breakfast offered in the hotel was excellent! Many options without having to venture out before our daily adventures. Loved the experience and highly recommend.

This is the second Scandic hotel I’ve stayed in. The beds are really comfortable and it is a really nice hotel. The hotel was central and close to amenities. The hop on, hop off bus has a stop just over the road so it is a good choice for tourists.

Hotel is nice and check in and out can be done onli e which saves q lot of time. Room was quite small. The controls for the lights are confusing and dont work very well. No coffee making facilities in my room which was disappointing. Gym.is small but well equipped. I didnt try the spa or the food. Location is nice and quite handy. Walking distance to the city.

Had a great stay here. Lovely hotel, very modern and clean. Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choice. The spa was also great to relax in. Would say it was slightly pricey, considering you are a guest at hotel, but nice to relax during a busy city break. Overall, a great stay.

I am totally disappointed with this hotel. The blackout curtain can’t cover the entire window, and the light is just outside the window. The light bothers me whole night and the pillows are extremely high and uncomfortable.

Unfortunately the property was overpriced for the amenities and service. The lights in the room are awful to operate, I had to change rooms because my lights wouldn’t turn off and there was no power to my electrical outlets. The staff were friendly. All additional services were expensive. Next time I will spend my money elsewhere.
