Great hotel - stayed many times and always first choice. One point to note this time was I stayed in 241 and my friend 248. This has a large area outside the service lifts/area and had carts of (clean) laundry and cards of glasses, ironing boards etc left out for the whole 3 days. That lack of attention to detail - someone senior spot checking - was a let down on what is a great product

This hotel is in a perfect downtown location across the street from a Metro station. Shopping and restaurants are an easy walk. The hotel looks and smells new. The daily breakfast is worth every penny and has everything. The front desk team is world class. I would stay here again for sure.

Hotel is clean and very well positioned to explore Copenhagen. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was good. Like that it is served until 11am. The room was functional with a good view over the square and the bed comfortable. Our only complaint was the noise of building work from 7am. We hadn’t been warned about it and it happened both mornings we were here. Aside from that, a good hotel, great location, good staff.

Altho the main floor was under construction, it had no impact in our stay. The location was great. Room was clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice. We were not aware that the breakfast room turned into a lounge in the afternoon/evening, so that was a pleasant surprise. I did find that the front desk staff wwrent the friendliest, except one.
