For the cost, this hotel was spacious and had a great location. Very close to a walk or bike ride along the harbor, 10min from the train station and entrance to Tivoli. The rooftop breakfast was worth the $11 for the views and selections on the buffet. The family room is actually 2 adjoining rooms with full sized beds. We got 3 family rooms for 8 people and had lots of space. My only criticism is there is a charge to store luggage. I thought that was pretty tacky. Karoline, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with our crazy group.

Public areas of the hotel are nice and spacious but the rooms are very small though well appointed. The double bed is next to a wall which means one person has to climb over the other. Fine for a couple of nights but no longer.

The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the central station, which made getting around a breeze. During check-in, we added breakfast for three rooms, but one room ended up being charged double by mistake. Once settled in, we understood why the rate was lower compared to other hotels. The room felt like a cabin on a cruise ship: compact, with a round shower reminiscent of those at sea. The bedding appeared clean, and the bathroom was simple but adequate. The only downside was the carpet, which could've used a more thorough vacuuming.

The hotel is in a good location and is quiet. The staff are great - really helpful and friendly with pleasant public spaces. Whilst the rooms are small they have all you need, particularly as a solo traveler. The only downsides were the bottom sheet didn’t fit the bed so you ended up wrapped up in it and there was no bath mat on the slippery bathroom floor. I would definitely stay again.
