Pleasant and dog friendly
This is a dog friendly hotel with kind staff, outdoor areas that are pleasant and clean . If there was a hot breakfast it would score better. But in general we are happy and will book again soon

Excellent hotel for a stop over
We use this hotel as a stop the night before returning home from France. Staff are friendly and there are 2 restaurants within walking distance which are very good and there is a supermarket with petrol station down the road. The adjoining rooms are very useful as a family room and provide good space and facilities.

The location of this hotel was what attracted us to book, close to the Channel Tunnel. Yes the rooms are quite small, compact and bijou comes to mind. However the room was bright, clean and modern. The welcome was friendly and we would use this hotel again.

Great stopover
Great place to stopover to & from the tunnel crossing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms a little tired but for the price they are clean and quiet with good beds.

Good location for Shuttle (10 minutes) and nearby restaurants / shops within walking distance, as is a small park. Secure parking. No Aircon or even a fan in the room which made for a very uncomfortable night after 30C+ during the day. Have stayed before and will again when a bit cooler!

Late check in was huge success - just phone ahead
We were to arrive late at midnight- we phoned ahead to make arrangements for a late arrival and the information gave was spot on and repeated so that we understood. On arrival we accessed our room with no issues and paid the local taxes on check out. I’m very impressed with this hotel and shall be using again

location location location
You are paying for the location, we left the hotel and in under 10 minutes, we checked into the Channel Tunnel. The rooms are small but clean, we did get a little hot so opened the window but the noise from the gate did disturb us a little, the staff are very friendly but other guests seem to have no concept of closing doors quietly and a group staying near us were in and out of each other's rooms letting them slam until midnight

Required for a 1 night stay before catching the ferry home. The room was clean and compact but the hotel only provided 1 bath towel per person and no hand towels. The only problem was the shower head was fixed and fell off the holder. The breakfast was buffet and was quite nice.

Convenient hotel for a one night stay after the euro tunnel crossing. Small rooms but more than adequate for a one night stay. Very clean if not needing a little tlc due to wear and tear. Family rooms are adjoining rooms but that was fine for us. We used the late night check in as we were after 10pm, this was very easy to use. Bar and restaurant close at 9pm.

Rooms are rather small. However, very convenient and friendly, helpful staff. Bistro next door is 10percent off if you show your room key. Basic facilities suitable for one night before/after crossing channel.
