My husband, our toddler, and myself visiting my oldest daughter. We stayed for 3 nights, Wed - Sat. Room was good, clean. Bed was okay. No clock, thought that was odd. TV channels good. Breakfast was okay, sausage, eggs, breakfast potatoes. Coffee was not great. Waffles probably the best. Pool was so cold! Overall, adequate. But not for us next time.

Hotel seems to be understaffed or inexperienced. First room had dirty silverware in drawers, but we were moved to a second without any push back. Surfaces in room needed to be cleaned better. There were finger prints/smudges on the door knobs. Cleaning staff was arguing with each other while cleaning. I don’t know how the staff is trained, but it seems like better attention to detail is needed.

My friend ( Lady) at the front desk is warm and has a personable demeanor. She always ask about my daughter and make lite jokes, which I appreciate. I normally check in @ 3 and she can tell you, who I am. Now the others, can be brash, non-eye contact, and sometimes seems like just doing a job (My last experience).

It is a beautiful hotel. In a quiet area but unfortunately we could hear the baby crying in the room next door as if she was in the room with us, which made me worry that they could also hear the sound of our TV. Other than that, everything was excellent and like new.
