When i pulled up, i first see patio furniture that is falling apart, empty beer bottles and sooo many cigarette butts outside all over. Then, i get into my room and there are chip crumbs all over fhe floor under the desk, food stuck on the table by the TV, hair in the shower, toothpaste splatters all over the bathroom mirror....it appears nothing was clean but the sheets on the bed. So I say somrthing and get moved to another room after hearing all about how they've had to get help from outside cleaning companies cause they haven't had a reliable housekeeper....so room #2 is even worse!! Say something again. The lady at the front desk comes up to check the room and I show her the hair in the shower, part of a bar of soap that had been left behind and so much more....she offers another room. 3rd times the charm? It was ok .....more clean than the other 2 but still just gross. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

The staff was sufer friendly. Our room, however was not clean. The floor was really dirty and the bathroom wasn't good and clean. The suite was big enough but the beds were hard. loved the pillows. Couldn't sit around the fireplace outside because the chir coushins were torn! We would stay again if the cleaning was better but at this point, i would choose somewhere else.

I left my Air Pods at this hotel and didn’t discover they were missing until I was home in Texas. My kids bought them for me so they had sentimental value. I called the hotel and they found them, and then mailed them back to me. Very honorable and decent people working there!

This just ain’t it

Just go next door to the Holiday Inn. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the hotel in general was just in disarray. The staff was super nice and they had biscuits and gravy for breakfast… those were the only redeeming qualities.

Hotel room floors were tile throughout and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned/mopped in a very long time. We took a wet rag and wiped a small area of the floor and the rag came up brownish gray with dirt and dust. Disgusting. More dirt and hair around bathroom floor. Expected better for the price.
