The room we were given on the first floor (116) was not good. It's right beside the office/maintenance/and housekeeping room, so you'd think it'd be better maintained but that was not the case. The light over the bed flickered and needed to be replaced, the shelf on the side of the cabinet was broken and hanging on for dear life, the bed bases looked janky, the USB ports by the bed didn't work, the carpet was heavily stained, the bed linens had a scent reminiscent of spoiled milk, the room itself smelled musty, and there was a bug that ran across the wall and behind the TV that I'm choosing to believe was a spider and not a roach even though I'm pretty sure it was the latter. The whole room was just janky. We were tired and my young son was already asleep, otherwise we would have asked for a refund and moved on to another hotel for the night. Needless to say, we won't be back. I will say, on the positive side, the lady working the breakfast room the next morning was very nice and attentive.
