Recommend looking into other hotel options in the area - management is not very accommodating, there was a room that was closed off (note on the door read out of service), room had a bad smell.

Great place, will stay there again.

It was the perfect place for what I needed. I was in town visiting family and it was perfectly located by the interstate and close to all the restaurants and shopping.

We weren’t very impressed. Beds were ok, but room was outdated and bathroom looked dirty. Very noisy. You can hear all doors closing out in the halls, and footsteps above us. The breakfast was decent. Pool was closed. Really just needs updating.

The staff was very friendly and the room was a good value. The pool was closed so we were disappointed for that. The room had been cleaned in what appeared to be a hasty manner. Two used washcloths were left in the room and food in the fridge from the previous guests. The breakfast buffet was decent .

Should have had more information on construction such as signs etc excusing the mess. The room was HORRIBLE. Old cowebs which where so old they where brown in every corner of the room. Outlet cover was missing from front of room near front door. Wall carpeted base boards coming off the wall. Mold in the shower. Fruit fly invasion in the bathroom. Comforter was so stained that we put them on the floor disgusted. White sheets where stained as well on one bed. The pillows where very used and yellow stations where noticeable when you removed the covers. There was also a very strong smell of men's cologne, we where so nervous of someone being in the room that we checked everything real fast to make sure no one was hiding. The window curtains where stained. I understand that there was construction on going but you should be ashamed of the state of room 224. There was also a very over powering smell of cumin in the hall way of floor 2. I found no evidence of bed bugs or other pests besides the fruit flies. Coffee pot also had water in from the last usage. I will make sure to never use another Quality Suites. You have scared me and my travel mate for life. We used Expedia and I don't understand how this location was given a 7.6 rating with several 5 star reviews. This was the reason behind our stay for the night during a long drive.

It was a place to sleep

Stay was not so good. Pool was down for maintenance, bedding was stained, paint peeling from walls and ceilings, everyday we left and came back we had to get our room keys fixed for our room again (we kept them away from electronics) they took and unexpected $100 from us and didnt tell us if it was refundable
