Stunning building located on an active/centric area. Staff was professional, respectful and friendly. However, communication as to when the room was/would be ready would have been appreciated for a room at that rate. Instead we had to wonder into town and come back, sit down and when we asked at reception we were told that yes the room was ready. Staff proactively offering to reach out when room was ready would be a lot better.

Great hotel in perfect location
Great location in the centre and able to walk everywhere. We had a junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. We arrived very early and the gentleman at checkin was extremely helpful. We would recommend this hotel

Our room was modern and spacious and everything was clean and well maintained. It's located on a beautiful plaza with lots of charm and atmosphere and on the edge of an old neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. Short walk to most Cordoba sites. With this being a new hotel, there still seemed to be some growing pains. The breakfast situation was a bit chaotic - service and overall flow not on par with another H10 we stayed at in Barcelona. The service was a bit inconsistent. The staff at the rooftop terrace were not helpful or friendly - perhaps a bit more training in service would resolve this. The two gentlemen working at the ground floor / plaza restaurant were accommodating, friendly, helpful, and exemplified the word hospitality. Overall, a great hotel and stay. Four and a half stars with potential for five assuming a few minor kinks are resolved.

Terrible Night
While the hotel is amazing, perfect location, clean, great staff. I had probably the most horrible night. Upon check in I was given the room in the new wing of the hotel. The room was great but overlooked the square. Opposite my room balcony is a bar and the noise, the chatter, people shouting, kept me up till 2am. I finally put on my headphones and switched on music to put myself to sleep. And I had a train to catch in the morning, making it worse. Let my reviews not reflect on the hotel, its people or the amenities. The management needs to advise the guest and do better with the sound proofing. The staff apologized in the morning and offered free coffee, but I wonder I was on the 4th floor, what people on the 1st or 2nd floor went thru. Maybe I should be compensated for the sleepless night.

Luxury stay in the heart of Cordoba
The H10 was a luxury experience. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the beautiful surroundings and the comfort in the room. We had the best night of uninterrupted rest. The bed was very comfortable, the room had black out curtains, the shower was incredible. The staff was very friendly and they surprised us with an evening snack. The view from the 6th floor rooftop lounge area was gorgeous. It was close to parking garage and walkable to attractions.
