Disliked: Amenities
The hotel itself was just mediocre, no bells or whistles, but it was very convenient and walkable to all tourist attractions for our trip

On the door step of the Mezquita and the old city. Perfect location for a brief stay and enjoy the main attraction.
Firstly on a positive note this hotel is in excellent location in Cordoba. Now on to the negative the hotel has so many broken down pieces of what the refer to as antiques it is like walking into a hoarders home a few well place good pieces would help reduce the look of the clutter. The place always looked dirty and our view was of the housekeepers wash house where at any given time you could look out to see a group of them chatting and smoking. The room we were in should have been converted to a storage room! Floors so dirty that just walking on them your socks made them filthy. This place is a dump.
A very good hotel in the heart of historic Cordoba. We chose a room that overlooked the Mezqeuita. Although not large it gave us everything we needed. Breakfast at 10 euros was more than adequate - some people have criticised the quality of the breakfast - but it would be impossible to get what was on offer in a cafe for the same price. The hotel itself is a living museum and is close to dozens of restaraunts including some very good ones. We recommend the Casa Pepe de la Juderia. only a short walk from the hotel.
The hotel was close to most places l wanted to see and despite being in a busy area it was quiet.
The staff didn’t always seem happy and the room l was allocated had four beds when l was travelling alone which seemed an odd choice.
Very nice hotel across the street from the Mezquita/Cathedral. Many restaurants nearby. Very convenient to visiting the Roman bridge.
Very interesting furnishings in the lobby/sitting room. Many antiques.
Breakfast was very adequate.
Recommend it very highly
This basic hotel is across a small road/lane from one of the main entrances to the Mezquita - so ideal. All major sites are walkable. Rooms are pretty basic but clean and breakfast was OK; there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are two cafes right outside, and many more within a few minutes walk. The public areas are fascinating - more like a museum or antique shop, just let down by the rooms.
We had ants in our beds. The toilet was dirty. Besides that, there was nothing wrong. It just wasnt warm or friendly. I wish i had picked a different hotel with a plant filled patio to take a break from the heat.
