Great other than the bed was really big enough for 2 people due to layout, so sleeping was cramped, but for 1 single person would be fine.

In a very loud part of town. So very convenient if you want to party but I don’t recommend if you want a good night’s sleep. No AC. Probably better for younger folk.

The day I left, the only elevator was out of order. I had to carry my luggage to the ground floor. Glad I was checking out and not checking in and walk to the fifth floor!

it's student accommodation, allow for that, there aren't any provisions in the room. no tv, toiletries, aircon etc so go prepared. location is great, there's a Tesco underneath for any bits you need. staff are friendly and helpful. there are a couple of pubs over the road that serve late and get boisterous, would recommend taking earplugs. Great for a bed for then night or a base for exploring cork

They dont provide soap in the rooms. i have travelled to over 100 countries worldwide and have never seen such a thing, even in the cheapest hostels in Africa. Also, check out is 10am. Why? Everywhere else it is midday or at least 11. Price is expensive for what you get. Other students in the building make a lot of noise as they come and go in and out of the accommodation
