We have stayed all around Cork at different properties and I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment over any other in the area. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied and the accommodations were excellent. Located at City Center and close to a slew of restaurants, buses, stores, entertainment and the train station is a fifteen minute walk.

Staff and location get a 10/10. It couldn't have been more convenient for Cork City. You're about a 1minute walk from the Theatre. There was an odd cooking, or heat, smell when we came back to the room each time. I think it was from the heat pump to be honest. It cleared very quickly when we opened the window. The thermostat took a little bit of google investigation. There's an on/off button on the top right. Once you have pressed that, just use the up down arrows. All the windows also have flip close vents so if you feel a draught you might want to check they're closed. The TV's in the room have Chromecast installed so you can use Netflix on there by casting to it from your phone which was awesome. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat. They also have washing liquid, a sponge, and dishwasher tablets. There's also an ice bucket and you can get ice from the bar. Lots of hotels make you check in before giving you a discounted car park ticket. This system is so much better! You park in the car park (Q park carrolls quay) which is about 10M beyond the entrance door and take a ticket at the barrier as usual. The hotel then validate it on check out to obtain the discount. This saved so much hassle with trying to find a space in a loading bay to go check in and it was fantastic.
