Our first and best choice in Cornwall Ontario.

Welcoming at the front desk from the minute you walk in. Clean, great amenities and excellent service all around. Extremely comfortable especially after a long day of driving. A great restaurant with a variety of menu items to choose from. We always make sure to book in advance when we are driving through.

Very nice hotel. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I was also very happy that the hotel had a restaurant in it, which I had a nice dinner in it before I retired for the night.

We stayed here one night The room was a decent size and has everything you need. We went down for dinner, not busy.We ordered our meals, a Chicken Wrap and Salmon. Only issue with dinner was it took a very long time to arrive. I did notice some room service trays going out while we were waiting. And they gave us some bread.Taste of meals was good . The bathroom toilet was leaking out the bottom my husband went down and was given rags. The bathroom door was sticking. The next morning we had showers and the shower smelled like cigarettes. I also noticed the hallway had the same odour. Breakfast,needs improvement. Several tables had not been cleared of dirty dishes , the server told us we can sit where we like, and to help ourselves. This might be one of the worst breakfast buffets I’ve seen. It did not seem overly fresh. Hash browns were a weird consistency, the scrambled eggs were oily, flavorless. Instead of yogurt cups, the yogurt is in a dispenser. Did not try it. Instead of fresh made oatmeal with offered toppings, they provided packets of regular oatmeal. The display of jams was a bit odd . All thrown together in one bowl. Looks messy. The lack of smiles and friendliness from staff was extremely noticeable. A woman during dinner and a woman at breakfast did not even acknowledge us with a “ hello or Good morning”. Wearing business attire , not servers . From two people in the industry. You need to train your staff. Try reading the Book, “ Unreasonable Hospitality “.

Stayed at Best Western, Cornwall for the night on way to Montréal. Staff was excellent and welcoming. Hotel building is not modern and looks a bit ancient but it does have a cozy feeling.

Very much appreciated the very warm welcome. Staff are friendly and professional. We are traveling with our pup and found a thoughtful gift in our room. The extra blanket to cover the puppy crate came in so handy! We usually bring one but forgot it for this trip! Well thought out welcoming process!

We stopped on our way back to Midland from New Brunswick. Loved how clean everything was. Nice vibe, room service was delicious! Enjoyed the breakfast the next morning - as far as hotel breakfasts go, it was upscale in my opinion! Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Cozy atmosphere with the fireplaces everywhere. Definitely would stay again!
