Was going to stay last night , check in was awful, didn't even ask for my name, gave me a key with a room number , the doorknob was barely on, get inside the room and the lock is broke on the door, room is digusting, felt very unsafe , within 5 minutes we realized we could not stay here so we booked a diff hotel and took off , we were sad to lose the money we spent on the room but we never would have slept

Appears some rooms have been renovated, and outside spruce ups made to the property. Our room had a colour scheme update, comfortable bed, the original style bath was clean, so we would stay here again, maybe next time in a fully renovated room. We also greatly appreciated our last minute reservation change being accommodated.

The mattresses were not clean. I had booked four rooms. While the bathrooms were okay, the beds and mattresses were old, poorly cleaned, and had many stains. The floor of the room also made noise while walking.
