Only stayed there for two nights. As we arrived, we were told that we are not getting the room that we booked due to a glitch in the system. My partner and I were put in a family room that smelled a little musky and the AC was leaking creating a puddle in the room. Situation was fixed and was transferred to a better room on our last day which is ok but very inconvenient for people who are only staying for a short amount of time that wants to relax and not have to pack and unpack multiple times. Other than that, staff were courteous and room service was fast.

The pool facing rooms are very nice, airy and comfortable. The pool area is fantastic. The property is a bit tired but overall clean, comfortable and pretty good value for money.

The facility was nice but the staff seemed to have an attitude at the check in counter. My biggest complaint is the beakfast buffet. There are no restaurants nearby so the resort charges 500 pesos for the buffet which leaves a lot to be desired. The food was cold and tastless and there were very few options especially if you have gluten intolerance.

We loved staying at Westown! The staff were wonderful. Although we rented motorcycles from a third party vendor, renting through the hotel, that had a crash guard on it, that was too large for the motorcycle, and contributed to causing the handlebars to get caught in the guard thus causing a loss of control, and an accident, resulting in serious bodily injuries. Just be careful and fully check the motorcycles out fully before renting. Other than that, the staff were wonderful and the facilities amazing!!!

Dive, far from everything. AC didn’t work . Complained and they offered an upgrade for more money, it’s a hotel with a pool and run down rooms. Poor WiFi, kids running this place. I literally ate $550 they wouldn’t refund because the room and location was so bad.

The property is doing construction and building another half of the property so our room on the 4th floor near the construction zone did smell like sewage. Otherwise clean property … the staff were AMAZING. Very resourceful, helpful and kind. Food and drinks were good and the pool was very serene.

The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and spacious. We so enjoyed their breakfast buffet that we had it all 3 days of our stay. The staff were attentive, respectful, helpful and friendly. The pools were clean and well maintained.

Hotel was okay, but it felt a bit dusty 😰
Although it was nice to be in a decent hotel, Id have to say our stay in this particular hotel wasn't to our expectations. When we entered the room the first thing we noticed was this dusty/musty feeling. The longer we stayed in the room, the more we realized how slightly suffocating the room was. The a/c slightly helped circulate some air, but if you turned it off, the room would feel humid and dusty. Some members of my family noticed that areas near the bed (especially in corners) had piles of dust and seemed untouched. Adding into that, the bedsheets (although didn't look dirty) felt uncomfortable and had that same dusty feeling the entire room had. However, the service and food the hotel provided (along with the amazing pools and cute koi pond) helped make the stay feel a little bit better. We weren't staying in the hotel for long periods of time, considering Coron has lots of activities. Also, I would like to comment that in the night, there were possibly 2-3 cats that screamed and ran around the hotel. I'm not sure if any of the workers were aware of this situation, but I hope they deal with it in the future, for the sake of other guests.
