We had an amazing experience at Zuri Resort. The property was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the staff were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. When our island hopping tour group unexpectedly didn’t show up, the team went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss out. They quickly found an alternative and arranged for us to join another tour so we could still experience the islands. Their care and effort truly made our stay unforgettable. We’re so grateful! Salamat!!

The room was clean and comfortable, but had a wet smell. The garden pool appeared cleaner than the upper and viewpoint pool, which were more cloudy. The meal options were ok at Z bistro, but dinner always took a while to get service or a menu and food delivered almost an hour after ordering. The views from the room and the pool were beautiful.

The hotel has the potential to be good and the room was good but the food was a big disappointment and over priced. The morning buffet was always half empty and coffee was terrible. We paid well over 1000 pesos per person for a special Christmas buffet which was also half empty and the quality of the food was poor. Also for a hotel with more than 100 rooms they have 4 cabanas and 1 sun umbrella.
