There was no effort by reception staff prior to arriving or upon arrival to facilitate the 2 reservations, initially because the second reservation was an ocean view. Then when it came time to change rooms there was no ocean view despite the early morning hour of the request. So disappointing in every way, and especially the complete disregard for the effect of staff on the “guests” time and experience. Just terrible.

A little disappointed with the staff service am very brusque table service at breakfast appalling the staff very dominate and bossy… almost forgot who was the client… sat us in the sun when plenty of tables free in the shade we asked 3 times to be moved and told no tables were reserved! All of those tables did not get reseated. Spent $75 each for breakfast and left within 20 minutes… very disappointed.

For the price of the room, this hotel is not worth it. We paid $1100 a night for an ocean view room that did not have full privacy and we had to call front desk four times for cutlery, a wine opener, wine, glasses, and slippers. All of the stuff should be standard in a room and it’s not. This place is a tourist trap. If you don’t live by an ocean or I’ve never seen the ocean this is a nice introduction but no need to stay at this hotel as the area has lots of other affordable options I later learned. Would not recommend Staying at this place.
