Missed Shuttle information

Staff was very nice. I just wish we would have known about the shuttle at checkin. We didn't rent a car so we didn't want to uber back and forth. If we knew about the shuttle earlier we would have gone into town more.

We were greeted and upon check in received complimentary drinks, the lobby was very pleasant and clean, we self parked but they do offer valet service, the rooms were very clean and the pool area was as well, the adult pool had a nice temperature and there are two separate Jacuzzi’s, all staff were very friendly, plan on staying again soon.

It’s an above average property but not luxurious. Rooms could use some updating. There is no place to plug in any devices - you have unplug lamps and such. Location is nice. Service was fine but nothing to rave about. Charging for parking seems exorbitant and greedy since this isn’t an urban city center.

First off no where on the website did it mention that there was construction going on and to be placed right next to the area was ridiculous. The hotel was not full. Our patio was dirty, we found small rusty nails on the patio. The wallpaper was peeling and when we turned the water on yellow water and black debris came out. We saved for over a year to spend Christmas at this hotel and even after bringing all the issues we had to management, Ryan told us one thing but did another. The refunded us some money but not what was promised to us. The noise of a tile saw every day but on Christmas Day kept us from enjoying our beautiful view and patio. Elevator broke one day, when I called to report it the front desk lady argued with me that it was working just fine. Left and came back to read a sign that the elevator was out of service. Housekeeping removed our toilet paper and didn’t replace it, had to call and ask for some. Room service food is mediocre, chicken noodle soup had under cooked carrots and no noodles! There was rice in the soup, no noodles. $16 for a chocolate lava cake that was the size of a hockey puck. Club sandwich that we ordered had the crust cut off which was never stated on the menu. The whole stay was extremely disappointing and very upsetting. So many issues, this hotel needs a lot of work done in all areas. Ruined our Christmas for sure.

Check in issue

We had a short stay however upon checking in there was an issue finding our reservation which postponed our spa appointment by 30min during Wasn’t able to resolve and during the spa session had me stressed out about it the whole time so didn’t get to relax at all After spa I was able to go back to front desk and they were able to resolve after another hr of back and forth
