We rented for 3 nights we used to go to this same place for 7 years but the staff is different now its a lady she says she is the manager she was very mean disrespectful, on day 2 she came into my room with out my permission while my son was sleeping with a excuse to fix the WiFi but the WiFi never worked for our entire stay, the rooms were dirty with orange rust under the furniture, we will never come back again because of her she treats the customers very bad and with no respect she made our vacation horrible after we pay so much money people like that not suppose to work with customer at all

Property to my understanding should have been smoke free. Female employee was smoking, smoke was coming to our room. She would also smoke close to swimming pool, smoke would come there too. Many cigarette butts in front of the property.
