Stay was great and friendly staff. Breakfast was great but ran out of food early. My ONLY complaint is that we were next to the stairwell and the door had no spring so it SLAMMED at all hours of the night.

We stayed in room 408, which was extremely unclean. The shower contained a fake fingernail from the previous occupants, the floors were filthy, and the bathroom mirror was stained or very old , making it difficult to see. Our bed was very hard. The bed for the pull-out sofa was dirty and had food in it. Furthermore, the toilet required manual flushing by removing the top and pressing the refill button, and the water pressure was extremely low in tbe dirty shower. We had a room with a balcony, which allowed sunlight to enter directly through the door window at the top. It is advisable not to opt for a balcony room if you prefer to sleep in or require a dark room.
