Dirty in places. Bathroom sink and tub drain did not drain properly. Tub finish was actually peeling off the tub and dark stains in the tub. Water was pooling in the tub and would not drain. Washington NOT up to standard.

This was a great property to stay at, the only issue was a noise that would go off every 10 minutes or so including at night. Made sleeping hard sometimes. Other than that it’s a good hotel and will stay here again, probably in a different area this time.

Everything was great, but it would be nice if they could add more breakfast choices. The coffee was very weak and flavorless, so hopefully next time we stay there it will actually taste like coffee. I loved the fact that they would do our beds and clean the room everyday.

Best staff EVER!

The staff is amazing. The first room I stayed in was not conducive to my needs. The front desk staff (Anthony) worked so hard to find me a room that would serve my needs. I had to stay there a week because I was working in Corpus Christi and needed to stay in a hotel. Because he was so attentive, just as all the other staff, I decided to stay in the same hotel the following week as well. Anthony made sure I was registered to the exact same room which was my preference. And, on on my last day I accidentally let my work phone in the room. It was found by housekeeping, returned to the front desk and Anthony again tracked me down to make sure I got my phone back! Such wonderful, helpful staff!!! I will return again and again!!!!

Well when I walked in, the air freshner was so over powering like they were trying to hide something. The pillows were so small, I thought they were for toddlers. Everything else was just meh.
