First time there
Check in was fast and efficient. The first night i called down to get an extra blanket and i never got it. I called down the next morning and still disnt get it. I called again that night and FINALLY got that blanket. The hallway smelt like someone was smoking pot, we had a balcony but the door was sealed shut so we could not access it. The breakfast buffet was really good and the staff were professional and kind. The location was perfect but we maybe using a different hotel on our next stay.

The only thing you get with this hotel is a good view of the bay. All hotel balconies are locked so don’t expect to enjoy any time on it. Floor was wet in the room on the other side of the wall from the shower. Bathroom had no fan and the “vent” in there did not pull any air out so prepare for plenty of steam. They require $15 a night for parking in their garage so add that to your bill. Breakfast also isn’t included so either plan to have it with you or leave the property. Elevators also stopped working for a time resulting in lines just to get up to your room. Probably will not be back unless I hear any changes have been made especially to the balcony policy.

Room has a balcony. But you do not have access to the balcony. Sheets had stains, toilet dirty, towels dingy, bath tub stained, hotel is old. I went to go checkout. They didn't want me to. so they start giving and correcting. I always travel with lysol and Clorox wipes. Went to Walmart got towels and other things to make me comfortable. I wouldn't stay again. I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in a long time because i felt other hotels are better. This just reminded me why i stopped. Beware of elevator. It close very quick. You have 3 seconds to get off or on.

Bathtub shower was slippery. Party and loud hollering in the pool area at 11pm on Friday night. Rooms not insulated for sound (motorcycle revving, sirens from Shoreline Blvd). No ' do not disturb' signs when I requested.

The property is in a great location off Shoreline, I took my niece to a concert at the American Bank Center and it was easy to get to, we took Lyft and Uber. For two females going on their own we felt very safe.

Hotel is nice and great location. Room was small, bathroom very small, AC was leaking water and room carpet was wet, not very many outlets and the ones available were very loose and coming out of the wall, no smart TV for streaming, room phone did not work, no luggage carts available and front desk did not assist locating one. These small things can all be fixed easily. The room did get cooled down easily and the bed was comfortable.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel the bar accessible to other restaurants beds where comfortable staff was very nice friendly and knowledgeable the view from my room over the marina was amazing at night as at day break definitely would stay again
