The hotel has an amazing view. The bartender, Kasi, was great. We weren’t able to order specific drinks from the menu because they didn’t have ingredients and then they ran out of Coke. Our room was nice but run down. We tried to open the glass door and it came apart. Luckily no one was in the way. See picture. When I told the front desk clerk her response was “you shouldn’t have opened it!” The furniture was run down and the bathroom was out dated with the wallpaper peeling off.

Very Loud Harbor

We loved this hotel. The rooms were great, our kids loved looking out of the window towards the gulf. The only thing that might be a deal breaker for the next time would be to get a room on the other side of the property. There is very loud music coming from the harbor. It was on a Friday night and was playing rap music until midnight.

The facility needs to be updated my rooms ceiling looked like it was going to cave in the restroom was not what I expected. The water was cold. The staff however was amazing the view was beautiful I would have preferred a nicer room.

The first room that was given to us was terrible hadn't been cleaned properly with black mold growing in the bathroom around the tub. Was upgraded to a different room that was better but the general condition of the hotel was poor with major updates and repairs needed. had to pay for a morning coffee in the front desk area.

Given that it was going to be cold outside and that it featured an indoor pool, we thought this location was ideal.The water was freezing and it turned out that the indoor and outdoor pools are connected! Aside from that, the location is really convenient, although the place is a little too old for the price.
