Poor Quality and Hygiene Issues

Pillows had blood stains on them, room smelled like feces, carpet was damp, no toilet paper in the room when I checked in, weed smell in the hallways, found a bug in my bed. Disgusting room and awful quality hotel. The lobby’s carpet was falling apart. Had an early check in fee and they charge extra for parking in the garage. Garage elevator was inoperable during stay.

Overall, bed was clean and room was fine. Ceiling tiles were dirty, a bit leaky by the air conditioning ans partially missing in spots. Bathroom waa extremely small. Staff was very welcoming and polite. Didn't find much of a nightlife in the area. Bars open late were loud, dirty and full of a super young crowd.

Rooms a little outdated. Not as clean as I would like. Ran out of towels. Had to call to take trash off. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great a bit over priced. Elevators were quick. lol situated in a perfect spot to get around.

Filthy room -every itch, no toilet paper, shower didn’t work properly. Bed sheets smelled like urine. Apparently this is common for this location. Never staying there again, honestly disgusting.

Great location but the facilities are super old and out-of-date. A lot of things were gross and dirty, faucets didn't work properly. Took 15 minutes to get an elevator up or down. Not well planned for such a busy hotel

First room had a bandaid with blood on it in the shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty and looked like they had been punched in. We requested another room and were moved immediately. The second room was much cleaner. The beds are small and so is the restroom. The rooms are very outdated but the lobby is nice.

Do Not Recommend

Staff was very friendly. However we waited almost an hour for the elevators everyday to get to our room. Check out was horrible, everyone was checking out at the same time and no one was able to access the elevators. We finally decided to take the stairs with our 5 yo, 5 mo and luggage (we were on the 5th floor). We were not the only ones taking the stairs and that created a safety hazard as the stairs were not equipped for 50+ people taking the stairs at a time. The hvac system was not running to its potential not to mention the weather was great! We kept the hvac temp at 66 to keep it a comfortable setting. Our room had a smelly carpet, the ceiling looked like it had been patched several times. Tv only had local channels not even an option for Apps. The pool was foggy and very dirty. Not to mention how unsteady and unsafe the floor felt. The furniture was extremely outdated, faded and some even broken. I do not recommend this place.
