Hotel was a great location for the water. The fishing fishing pier was fantastic. Few good catch there. The pool was good for the kids, but the room and the hotel itself is outdated and definitely is not very welcoming. There were bugs in the room. The shower door did slide to close. It was very humid and musky smelling in there, but staff was great, and the pier was phenomenal.

The outdoor area is A+ excellent pier and picnic area. The room itself needed cleaned bad! There were roaches and questionable bedbugs we found when we were getting ready to check out. I really want to love this place because you can’t beat the outdoor amenities it offers, I just wish they’d pay more attention to the room cleanliness. I will say that they are charging a rate appropriate for this, the rooms are very cheap compared to most in the area.

Photographs on the internet website were nice. Staff was friendly, I can't really say anything positive about the property. Anytime you have to buy your own linens, should tell you about the experience. Cleanliness was a real issue.

Besides the person that was above us I believe to be on drugs walking back and forth till 5 am and then started again at 3 pm you get your money's worth. If you like fishing they have an awesome pair that is lit up at night. About a 1/2 or so long!

This hotel has great potential if management would do some upgrades. A little paint can go a long way. The shower would get a the whole bathroom full of water on the floor. The electrical outlets did not work. We were not informed the kitchen light served as a night light.
