Toilet seat was broken, faucet in kitchenette was also loose. Was there on a business trip and wasn’t able to sleep due to the noise from the folks above us. Called down to the front desk to complain several times and the noise continued. We even asked to be moved to a different room. Called the hotel this morning to speak with the manager and was told there’s nothing they could do to accommodate us. They have lost our business due to their lack of concern and willingness to resolve the issue.

It was an okay stay.

There was dry dog food on the floor and an area on the floor was wet. You need to have different types of pillows because those were too soft and hurt my neck. Plus there was no water stopper for the bathtub. The front desk ladies were very nice and the check-in was great.

Great stay!!

La quintas are always clean and up to date, but this one is especially neat and well cared for. Also we love that the parking areas have lots of good lighting during the night. The breakfast lady was so concerned about us having what we needed. And the breakfast was very good. Centrally located.
