The property has not been cared for. The building and parking is in shambles. The shower filled up with water during showering. They tried… by making it presentable with bedding.

If you’re staying in a room with a single bed, then you’re with the “residents”. How someone manages to afford $2k a month for a hotel and not just get an apartment is beyond me, but I digress. They take out the trash everyday and occasionally replace towels. They don’t sweep or anything else though.
