My stay was disappointing this trip. I've stayed here before, check in and check out process was chaotic at best. I had to wait a little more than 20 minutes I'll check in to get a luggage cart and someone to help unload my vehicle. On check out I have to call down twice within a 45 minute time span, no luggage cart, we had to carry everything ourselves in a couple of trips. We reserve two rooms, a couple of days before check in, we requested adjoining rooms, we ended up on different floors.

We were on the 16th floor and we could hear every vehicle on the road below, maybe that's why they put ear plugs in our room along with the little soaps and lotions. Anytime the people in the room directly above us flushed their toilet, we could hear the water running through the pipes in the walls rather loudly. The staff was friendly and helpful, the dining options were okay. We really enjoyed the location due to how close it is to beaches and attractions.

The location is close to American Bank Center and within walking distance to downtown eateries and bars. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We ended up in an accessible room because it was a busy weekend. The room was on the 5th floor and was uncharacteristically rundown and not very clean in the restroom area. We’ve stayed at this Omni many times and have never been disappointed in our room as we were on this trip.
