Flys all over lobby around couch and two round tables we stayed there before and same problem kitchen area nearby so we did not eat there they should give the cleaning people a can of raid .no fly's in room

At arrival to the room our bed had blood on it. The carpet in the room was dirty with gunk. The next room we got transferred to because we complained about the previous room had a threadbare dirty chair. Not worth the price. We left and only got a partial refund. Construction going on inside the hotel and then construction going on outside of the street. Dusty and third floor smelled like vomit.

Overall it was a decent place. The pool/bar area was a vibe! The restaurant had live music which was cool! We had a bug in our room but it wasn’t infested that’s why we gave cleanliness a 3. It was right on the beach like we wanted I wish we would’ve paid the extra for a higher floor we had fl 4 which has a roof right outside our balcony

Not nice beach

The front desk lady refused to check the lost and found for my son’s favorite stuffed animal that I thought he had dropped and the beach is harsh painful scratchy sand and we had to drive 20 minutes to get to a nicer one so the beachfront thing wasn’t really a selling point. Won’t be staying again

Some of the staff need a customer service training. I arrived to the hotel Around 4:15, check in time being at 4pm, the room was not ready and was given an estimated time of 5 minutes and asked if that was okay. I mean what else was I supposed to do and this gentleman replied well it can be an hour and 5 mins wait (not sure why he was being rude). I then asked about parking since it was very packed, and I received a sarcastic remark from the gentleman (Christopher). Not sure was was wrong with this individual. I go back to see if my room is ready, it's been over the 5 mins and nothing yet. I never got an I'm sorry for the inconvenience until the THIRD time I inquired about my room. It was a disappointing experience. The beach view was nice and the location was great but definitely needs improvement with customer service.

This property was advertised as walkable, it’s in a more industrial location about 15 minutes away from town. It also advertises free breakfast but we were told we didn’t qualify unless we got tickets when we checked-in. The air conditioner could not keep up and the room was HOT. Upon checkin the desk staff was watching football and barely gave us the time of day. There is also a daily parking fee and the parking lot was packed. The only upside to this stay was the restaurant staff was incredible.
