This is an older property but an absolute great stay, amazing location with tons to do all in walking distance with the beach right in front of you. The staff is friendly and inviting.

The view and access to the beach were great. Room was dirty, sheets and pillow cases were dirty and stained, no soap in the room, no WiFi access, smoke detector was missing.

The property was great, quiet, no problem always next to the pool what ever room you're in. The beach view was perfect and walking distance, just a few steps and you're in the water. The staff was very nice and always helpful the house keeping was always there day and night, no problem, and it was a perfect place because no house keeping was talkative like here,very friendly and helpful...this is not the first time Ive been there, this is where I stay when I visit Corpus Christi..

I was honestly a little hesitant to book after reading some of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t let them change my mind. Our vacation was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Johnny and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they responded quickly and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. The hospitality we received made all the difference, and it’s clear they work hard to ensure their guests enjoy their stay. We had a wonderful time, made great memories, and would definitely stay here again. Don’t let a few bad reviews keep you from giving this place a chance—we’re so happy we did!

The hotel was very, very bad. Very unclean. There are outside tile steps up to office. Many were loose and falling apart. You should not even have this hotel on your list. I have never seen anything like this.
