Great location. Right at the beach entrance. Outside was a little dated and under construction but room was updated and clean. Front staff was great during check in but when I checked out, the front staff didn't stop stocking the refrigerator and barely acknowledged I was there. The electrical outlet in the restroom didn't work so you couldn't use the blow dryer and the valve on the shower has the hot and cold water reversed. I thought we didn't have any hot water at first.

The staff are all super friendly, the room wasn’t exactly the cleanest, but it was a place walking distance to the water and had a little kitchenette, which makes it easy to make your own food. Location is key with this place. I think this place will eventually be very nice. They are in the middle of remodeling, but if you plan on being out and about on the beach and doing other activities and not planning on spending much time in your room, then it’s a perfect little affordable place.

Excellent location in particular for the Royal Suite ( ocean view ) . However , the hotel was under construction , there was not a breakfast room, lack of maintenance everywhere . The receptionist at the office had a poor attitude like he was not enjoying his job ...

Best location

Excellent location as you can just walk out to the beach. Outdoor pool was pretty good too could use a little bit more landscaping around it. They were in the middle of construction of the lobby, so the continental breakfast was a little hurting. But we got a good price on the room in overall pleased, they were very nicely renovated. Don't think I've seen a room with such good lighting.

everything was great, just didn't get someone to clean our room when we asked but other than that the walk to the office wasn't far and got everything we needed. very good spot to walk right onto the beach! would go again.

Bathroom floods. They really need shower doors on the type of showers they have. Strong smell of chemical cleaners as well. However, staff was friendly, breakfast was basic but perfect for carrying on your walk down to the beach. Pool was clean and we had it to ourselves. No crazy noise, mostly families staying & was quiet. Perfect location.
