I have stayed here before. The staff have always been great both times. This time I was able to check in early because I had had a dental surgery earlier in day. I was very disappointed because the hot tub was broken. I was told from couple of staff it had been broken for quite sometime. I live hr away from here so this was supposed to be my recovery mini vacation which I was looking forward to. They need to remove hot tub from amenities or place a notice that it’s not working. I choosed this hotel because I stayed before and for hot tub. I’ll probably stay again but will call beforehand next time

Unfortunately the room smelled like a kitty litter box. The walls were dirty along with the shower. I asked for another room the front desk associate Brianna was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the 2nd room wasn’t any better. I immediately checked out. Brianna was very understanding and I was able to speak with management in the morning who were very understanding as well. The hotel wasn’t clean but the staff were nice.

My deal breaker. Pass.
Me(38), my daughter (12), and my niece (19) were staying for 5 nights. While checking in I requests a first floor room. This was permitted due to availability. We were directly across the hallway from the indoor pool that closed at 10pm. We had only one noise issue after 10pm but the staff quickly resolved it. The breakfast was a sad sight. You get the normal scrambled egg with crispy bacon or sausage. White bread slices, two different pastry/sweet bread option, and white bagels. The expected Texas shaped waffles, butter, syrup, and a couple types of cereal. Coffee, milk and a juice I never looked at to tell you which kind. Pretty basic but definitely inferior to an average continental breakfast. Our morning go to was a bagel. The first morning I’m toasting the bagel looking for cream cheese to be near by. I can’t find any so I check with the staff who let me know they don’t have any cream cheese or jam for toast. They never received any in a food shipment during my stay. Small bummer but not a deal breaker. Late day 3 we realize the carpet is wet at the base of the air conditioner unit. We notified the front desk and they send a gentleman to fix that issue. The one this that is going to keep me from staying here again is the roach infestation. Once the lights turn on in the morning you see them running for their lives. In the bathroom and the sleeping area. The room came with a full refrigerator so we put all of our food, packed or prepared, in there to keep it “safe”.

Good hotel. Suspicious cash deposit requirement.
The hotel was good quality and the room was clean. However, there was an odd policy of specifically requiring cash deposits at the front desk during check in. The front desk person coupd not tell my why it needed to be cash, and the reason for the deposit was unclear. I pushed back on the required deposit, and she evening just took the standard credit card deposit. The cash deposit "policy" was on a sheet of paper taped to the front desk, and seemed super suspicious. This cash deposit was also not mentioned during the booking process.

They had problems getting our keys to our rooms to work. The room smelled of wet laundry. When we asked for clean sheets and towels they never came up and gave them to us even though they said they would. 1 light fixture did not work. The Wi-Fi kept dropping.
