This was a miss for me

This is a difficult review. The property is old and needs renovation. The Quality Inn is not accessible and requires stair to go to basement or upper level. The rooms don’t have closets. The keys don’t always work. The linens are clean. The staff provide great service. The breakfast was good.

I thought the stay was fine. They are an older hotel from a different era that is striving to adjust to the changing conditions of hotels and is doing rather well.

It was full of bikers who smoked Marijuana out the entrance of the building so you had to walk thru the haze. It was really noisy weekend

Clean rooms. Looks like the owners are making an effort to improve an old facility. There was a strong stench through the whole place. Didn’t care for the after hours kiosk check-in with an overseas after hours video call. It was slow and hard to hear them.

We pulled in to the property but decided not to stay despite having the booking. Exterior was rough, the area it was in was a little rough, and I didn’t like that. I also noticed another listing on Expedia has some of the same photos and that didnt sit right with me. Just decided to book another hotel room in a better area.

NEVER AGAIN

HORRIBLE! We had a late check in and they were overbooked. I couldn’t open the door for the first room they sent us to; I thought it was just jammed, turns out it was occupied and I’m lucky I didn’t get shot because I literally pounded the door to try to open it! (The couple was much more polite than I would’ve been). The 2nd room had hair all over the shower floor and the toilet paper roll was crumpled up like someone took too much off and laid it back in the roll. It also had what appeared to be a camera on top of the tv! Lastly, the air conditioner didn’t work so we ended up going to another hotel. I will say that the lady DID call the motel down the street to help us but that’s the only good thing about this place!

The staff was very nice here, but this budget motel was in need of some remodeling and a refresh. It wasn't unclean so much as in a run down state. Many rough-looking patrons mixed in with mostly hardworking laborers who simply need an affordable place to crash for the night.
