Bed very uncomfortable which is 90% of the what I need out of a hotel. Staff was nice. Breakfast on par for what I paid. Just hard to get past the mattress.

Pretty much a disaster. The reserved room was not made up from the prior occupant. When desk clerk was informed, he was very apologetic but said there were no available rooms for us and we would need to find accommodations elsewhere and said he would refund our payment. Turns out he mistakenly charged my card again for the room we couldn't stay in, and it took a further phone call to straighten it out.

Pamela at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and all the people staying there were nice as well. The breakfast was delicious, we did have to carry our luggage upstairs which was less than ideal but the rooms were fine just a bit small.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff (check-in lady) was super friendly, and the rooms were decent. I loved the comfortable bed and the walk-in shower. They also offer a nice free breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff makes check-in easy and fast. Nice and clean room. Here is the problem: when we arrived at the hotel, it was raining and water dripped from gutters everywhere. The hotel needs to fix that problem.

The room itself was clean but there was little to no parking and the area felt unsafe as I was expecting a hotel style environment not a motel

The check in process was over a “Zoom” kiosk computer in an unlocked cubicle room. It was slow and awkward, it was hard to understand the person and she had trouble understanding me. There is no security, no staff available. I arrived about 11pm. There was no parking near my room, I walked alone across the first building parking area by the picnic tables with the girls with their Devil’s Lettuce, to the 2nd building where my room was. The coverlet was dirty with what looked like shoe dirt and the bottom sheet was dirty with what was hopefully coffee or rust stains. Of course, no one is here to help so I called the hotel reservation office in Wisconsin. They had a 2 double bed room they can give me for the same price but that’s a downgrade from a king room, so it isn’t the favor they wanted it to be. I’d much rather have a king than a full(eye roll)! I walked back to the little kiosk room with all my luggage in tow in the dark, skunky girls gone by then, alone, cried a little, got the new key, and walked back to the same building as before to my new room, in the dark, alone. The TV remote doesn’t change the channels or show a menu, so here I vent instead of zoning out to something mindless. I was here a couple months ago and it was acceptable then.
